Chicken Stir-Fry with Broccoli and Peppers

My hubby liked this particular combination so much that he rated it “one of the best ever!” …Even though the directions seem long, this is not a long meal to cook. Since it is that quick, I thought it would be a good summer weeknight dinner….

Somemores – Semisweet, Gluten-free and Microwaved

Garbanzo, Zucchini, Feta and Pasta Salad – Gluten-Free

Want a satisfying, filling, tasty lunch?

Try this pasta salad with garbanzos, zucchini, tomato and feta.

To my surprise, my husband ate a whole dishful, including the GF pasta — and the zucchini.
