Gluten-Free Quesadillas

I grew up in south Texas where Tex Mex was a major food group. If you grew up under similar circumstances, you will definitely appreciate what I’m talking about.

In fact, I never had a grilled cheese sandwich until I was out of high school… but I definitely had lots of quesadillas.

Fudge Brownies (Lentil and Cocoa) – Gluten-Free

The first time I made these, Al wasn’t too sure if he liked them or if they were just “okay.” Then I made him a pan of his own (with gluteny flour), and he asked me to make some more of these! The pureed lentils add a better flavor to the fudgy chocolate.
