Low-Carb, Gluten-Free Skillet Dinner Featuring Beef Strips, Broccoli and Squash

Today I’m posting about one of my husband’s favorite dishes… Gluten-free-beef strips with broccoli and squash. Now, generally, he doesn’t like gluten-free. However, this one he really enjoys. And, I suspect that you and your family will, too, because he’s an extremely hard sell as far as gluten-free is concerned… He usually dislikes it. So, if my husband likes a gluten-free recipe, most other people will probably like it, too!

And to make it even better this dish has several other things besides the delicious taste and the fact that it’s gluten-free going for it.

Gluten-Free Pork Loin Dinner in the Skillet with Brussels Sprouts and Mushrooms

Well, it’s Saturday so I have some free time. It’s nasty cold outside and I really don’t want to do anything more than stay home. So, I put together this post about a gluten-free pork loin dinner in the skillet made with Brussels sprouts, onions and mushrooms.

This dinner is easy to make, quick to prepare in both my husband and I think that it’s delicious! Other than the seasoning, and cooking oil it only has four ingredients. That makes prep time as well as cooking a breeze. This recipe takes just about 30 minutes to prepare… Including prep time.

Yesterday, my husband and I decided that we would create a brand-spank’n-new gluten-free, broiled chicken breast recipe. At first, we were thinking about doing something “beefy,” but we very quickly decided that a brand-new chicken recipe was more along the lines of what we were hungry for.

Personally, I was hungry for a broiled chicken breast “thing” that was unusual as well as tender and delicious!

What we came up with was so tender it could be cut with a fork and was so delicious with the contrasting textures and blended, mellow flavors that it would almost be sacrilegious to try to describe how marvelous it tasted.
