Gluten-Free Pork Loin Dinner in the Skillet with Brussels Sprouts and Mushrooms

Well, it’s Saturday so I have some free time. It’s nasty cold outside and I really don’t want to do anything more than stay home. So, I put together this post about a gluten-free pork loin dinner in the skillet made with Brussels sprouts, onions and mushrooms.

This dinner is easy to make, quick to prepare in both my husband and I think that it’s delicious! Other than the seasoning, and cooking oil it only has four ingredients. That makes prep time as well as cooking a breeze. This recipe takes just about 30 minutes to prepare… Including prep time.

Gluten-Free Quiche with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Broccoli

This is a no crust-quiche, but, you could certainly bake it in a crust — if you want the carbs and the extra work — but it doesn’t need the crust to be delicious.

On the flip side, I know my husband really enjoys a Quiche baked in a light, fluffy crust… He thinks it’s an outstanding breakfast or luncheon treat.

And, he’s right!

It is outstanding…

… This quiche is actually a whole meal in one dish – protein, fiber and low-carb too! Plus, it has plenty of healthy, veggies in it… And, besides being gluten-free and low-carb, it’s also vegetarian.
