Gluten-Free Diet Menu Plan for the Week of April 13, 2014
This week the gluten-free diet menu plan begins with one of the most popular recipes on Elegantly, Gluten-Free, which is Easy Meatballs. They’re paired with baked polenta, sauce and mozzarella. This will probably be Al’s favorite meal of the whole week!
Next I’ve planned three 30 minute meals – Shrimp Gumbo, Pan-Grilled Pork Chops, Broiled Salmon Fillets – followed by a slow cooker meal of Beef Round Steak.
The next day is another 30 minute meal, a Chicken Stir Fry.
The last day of this week will be a soup and wrap sort of meal, or a soup and sandwich, for those who prefer the bread. Happy Easter to all who are celebrating this holiday weekend!

Whole Grain Dinner Rolls (like Udi’s)
Day 3 – 30 Minute Meal
Day 4 – 30 Minute Meal
Day 5 – Slow Cooker Meal
Day 6 – Stir Fry Dinner
Day 7 – Soup and Wrap, or Sandwich
New England Clam Chowder
or for a sandwich, bake some Perfect Bread from Simply Sugar & Gluten-Free’s recipe
This gluten-free menu plan is designed for those with gluten intolerance, gluten sensitivity, or celiac (coeliac) disease, but I’ve found that people who have no food allergies like these gluten-free recipes, too. They are wheat-free, barley-free and rye-free. Some are also suitable for the paleo diet or may be casein-free, dairy-free, egg-free, lactose-free, nut-free or refined sugar-free.
