Day 1
Chicken Stew With Carrots and Celery
With Cabbage Wedges or Boiled Quartered Potatoes
Day 2 – 30 Minute Meal
Pollock Fish Fillets, Pan-fried With Cornflake Crumb Breading
Penne Pasta and Olive Oil
Tossed Salad
Day 3 – 30 Minute Meal with Low Carb Option
Sauteed Garbanzos, Zucchini and Tomatoes
Day 4
Spaghetti and Meat Sauce
Napa Cabbage Slaw With Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing
Day 5 – 30 Minute Meal
Chicken Stir-fry With Celery and Onion
Over Shredded Kale or Steamed Rice
Day 6 – 30 Minute Meal
Pepperoni Pizza Bread (use a pre-baked crust to make this in 30 minutes or less)
Day 7 – Slow Cooker Meal
This gluten-free menu plan is designed for those with gluten intolerance, gluten sensitivity, or celiac (coeliac) disease, but I’ve found that people who have no food allergies like these gluten-free recipes, too. They are wheat-free, barley-free and rye-free. Many are also casein-free, dairy-free, egg-free, lactose-free, nut-free and refined sugar-free.
