The Gluten Free Menu Plan this week includes a variety of gluten free meals which run the gamut from Beef Pot Roast to Chicken Stir-Fry to Fish Fillets. It even has a TexMex Crockpot meal of Green Chili Pulled Pork on Day 5.
Plus, to make this week’s menu plan even better, I have included 2 tasty, but healthful, treats for any family members who might just have a sweet tooth. So, you’ll find some Walnut Muffins and Oatmeal Spice Cookies in the menu plan, too. (Just in case we all need something to snack on. )
In addition, my husband, Al, SPECIFICALLY requested, in no uncertain terms, an apple pie this week, which is why you’ll find an absolutely delicious, Pennsylvania Dutch Apple Tart listed as the Saturday Dinner’s dessert.

Baguettes (like Udi’s store-bought, or homemade if you have time)
Day 5 – TexMex Crock Pot Meal
Vanilla Ice Cream
Day 6 – Sandwich and Salad Supper
on a Baguette or a Flatbread
Fresh Kiwi Slices
Day 7 – Fish Fry Supper
Pennsylvania Dutch Apple Tart
This gluten-free menu plan is designed for those with gluten intolerance, gluten sensitivity, or celiac (coeliac) disease, but I’ve found that people who have no food allergies like these gluten-free recipes, too. They are wheat-free, barley-free and rye-free. Many are also suitable for the paleo diet or may be casein-free, dairy-free, egg-free, lactose-free, nut-free or refined sugar-free.
