This week’s Gluten-Free Diet Menu Plan is high-lighted by a quick-and-easy 30 minute meal featuring Roasted Chicken Breasts garnished with veggies. I’ve used some of my favorite cut vegetables in Day 5’s treat. However, you can modify the recipe to use yours!
But, no matter what you top it with… Steaming hot from the oven, it’s sure to look good and taste delicious too!

This gluten-free menu plan is designed for those with gluten intolerance, gluten sensitivity, or celiac (coeliac) disease, but I’ve found that people who have no food allergies like these gluten-free recipes, too. They are wheat-free, barley-free and rye-free and are suitable for a wheat-free diet. Many of these wheat-free recipes are also suitable for the paleo diet or may be casein-free, dairy-free, egg-free, lactose-free, nut-free or refined sugar-free.
