Beef Tacos with Salad and Refried Beans finished off by a dessert of Applesauce Cake with Cherries and Walnuts kick-off this week’s culinary extravaganza. And, rushing forward … right on that Applesauce Cakes’ heels, is one of the easiest meals of the week… A nutritious dinner of Cod Fillets Sauteed with Garlic, Onion and Peppers all rolled up in a wrap.
Altogether there are three 30 Minute Meals on this week’s menu to help make dinners a little easier on busy nights.

This gluten-free menu plan is designed for those with gluten intolerance, gluten sensitivity, or celiac disease, but I’ve found that people who have no food allergies like these recipes, too. They are wheat-free, barley-free and rye-free. Many of these gluten-free recipes are also casein-free, dairy-free, egg-free, lactose-free, nut-free and refined sugar-free.
