This week in the Gluten-Free Diet Menu Plan the first dinner is an easy one made of sautéed fish and savory vegetables in a wrap, topped with fresh torn spinach.

For the Week of October 6, 2013


Day 1 – 30 Minute Meal in a Wrap

Cod Fillets Sautéed with Garlic, Onions and Peppers for a Wrap Topped with Fresh Torn Spinach

Flatbread or Tortillas


Day 2

Pork Sirloin Pot Roast

Braised Collard Greens

Zucchini Bread


Day 3 – 30 Minute Meal in One Pot

Chicken with Cannellini Beans, Tomatoes & Italian Parsley

Steamed Kale with Minced Garlic


Day 4 – Salad Supper & 10 Minute Meal

Tuna Salad with Avocado

on Mixed Greens

Strawberry Greek Yogurt


Day 5 – Oven Meal

Spinach, Cheddar and Monterey Jack Quiche with Mushrooms and Cherry Tomato Halves

Applesauce Nut Muffins with Honey


Day 6 – Pizza Supper

Pepperoni Pizza Bread

Tomatoes in Chive Vinaigrette over Mixed Salad Greens


Day 7 – Paleo Diet

Beef Round Steak and Vegetables in the Slow Cooker

Potato Salad with Agave and Bacon
