Gluten-Free Diet Menu Plan for the Week of September 16, 2012
This week I’m adding a new description in the Gluten-Free Diet Menu Plan so you can easily see which meals are the quickest to use for a busy night. Those quick meals can be done in half an hour or less, so I call them 30 Minute Meals. I have three of them marked in this menu plan.
You’ll also find a slow cooker beef soup paired with a baked potato skins recipe. For that day I’m actually thinking of easy foods to eat while watching a game, since it’s football season. Those potato skins are good with the beef soup or by themselves.

Bacon-Cheese Potato Skins
Day 2 – A 30 Minute Meal
Day 3 – a 30 Minute Meal
Green Peas with Herb Butter
Quartered Boiled New Potatoes
Havarti and Apple Slices
Fresh Watermelon Chunks
BLTs – Bacon, Lettuce & Tomato Sandwiches on
Hummus, Broccoli Florets and Carrot Sticks
Day 6 – A 30 Minute Meal
This gluten-free menu plan is designed for those with gluten intolerance, gluten sensitivity, or celiac disease, but I’ve found that people who have no food allergies like these recipes, too. They are wheat-free, barley-free and rye-free. Many are also casein-free, dairy-free, egg-free, lactose-free, nut-free and refined sugar-free.
