For this week I have gluten-free recipes lined up to feed the whole family…and make your gluten-free diet menu plan work from the beginning to the end…from the Beef Pot Roast meal at the beginning all the way to the Green Chili Pulled Pork over Bean Burritos at the end of the week.

Day 1
Beef Pot Roast for the Crockpot (with Low Carb Option) (leftovers are for lunches during the week, or to freeze for a meal the following week)
Baked Rice Pudding
Day 2
Chicken and Penne with Kale and Tomatoes
Bread Sticks (prepackaged)
Fresh Chunks of Melon
Day 3
Steamed Rice and/or Sautéed Shoestring-Cut Zucchini
Peach Crumble
Day 4
Mashed Potatoes with Butter
Strawberry Sorbet
Day 5
Chicken Stir-Fry with Celery and Onion
Roasted Carrot Sticks (cooked like Sweet Potato Wedges but cut thinner) sprinkled with added Tamari Sauce seasoning
Graham Crackers recipe from Living Without Magazine and Nutella or Jelly
Day 6
Broiled Tilapia Fillets with Portobello Mushrooms & Peppers
Classic Waldorf Salad from Betty Crocker (there’s also a lighter version linked on the same page)
Day 7
Green Chili Pulled Pork in the Crockpot Over Bean Burritos

Caramel Custard from Southern Living Magazine
This gluten-free menu plan is designed for those with gluten intolerance, gluten sensitivity, or celiac disease, but I’ve found that people who have no food allergies like these recipes, too. They are wheat-free, barley-free and rye-free. Many are also casein-free, dairy-free, egg-free, lactose-free, nut-free and/or refined sugar-free.
