This week’s menu plan begins with a gluten-free meal of Tamale Pie, Salad, Salsa, Guacamole and Flan to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. It ends with Chicken with White Beans and Tomatoes. In between you’ll find Braised Beef Steak, which reappears the next day in easy Beef Sandwiches. The following day’s main dish is quick-cooking boneless Pan-Grilled Pork Chops. Broiled Tilapia makes a delicious low-carb entrée the next day, and following that we have an easy Ham Slice paired with Bean Soup and Napa Cabbage Slaw.
