Gluten-Free Menu Plan for March 11, 2012
Hi Everyone!
It’s Meal Plan Sunday here at Elegantly Gluten Free… Yep, I’m late this week. Normally, I like to have my meal plan ready for posting by Sunday morning at the latest. But, the internet wasn’t cooperating on Sunday (our provider didn’t get it back up until late this afternoon… I suspect sunspots), so I wasn’t able to get my meal plan ready until just a little while ago… Sorry
!
I’ll try to do better next week.
I think that this is a super meal plan. St. Patrick’s Day will be this Saturday, March 17, so I’ve planned a traditional corned beef and cabbage dinner on that day.
I’ve also called on Carol at Simply Gluten Free for an absolutely delicious breakfast treat called “Baked Eggs Florentine” on Saturday.
And Heidi from The Adventures of a Gluten-Free Mom, is having a “St. Patty’s Day Fun Festival” which features a Fresh Fruit Rainbow with a Pot of Gold. I thought it is such a marvelous idea that I planned it in for a light lunch on that special day.
Don’t miss the lovely Irish Soda Bread from Amy at Simply Sugar and Gluten-Free. It is a little healthier than the average, and it tastes so good!
Hope you enjoy the food on Saturday as much as my husband Al and I will. We both love the meals that I have planned and we will probably be so stuffed that we can’t move…
