This week in the Gluten-Free Menu Plan I’m planning meals from the simplest pasta and sauce dinner to a full table, Thanksgiving feast.
I’ve tried to keep it simple and also include healthier options when I can, like low carb veggies to replace most of my serving of pasta with that meat sauce I mentioned.
I hope you can find some dinners here that suit you during this holiday week. On the day set aside (in the U.S.) to give thanks for the abundance we have, I hope you have some time to remember what you are most thankful for. Personally, I don’t want to focus on just the food that we have to eat, although that’s certainly important, but also on the family, friends and neighbors we can share it with.
