Gluten-Free Chicken and Pepper Bake w/Avocado, Beans & Lime

I enjoy the flavors of chicken mixed with the peppers, onions and avocado. I like them even better in a gluten-free meal like this that is simple and easy to prepare.

The avocado and lime combine to provide a superb touch.

The plump creamy avocado adds its uniquely rich texture and full-bodied taste to the boisterous lime juice, fresh-squeezed over the chicken and pepper entree…

Gluten-Free Hamburger with Dill Sauce for a Great Cookout!

Are you ready for a great cookout this weekend? I look forward to a gluten-free hamburger with all the trimmings throughout the year, but I enjoy them even more when we can grill them outside.

Gluten-free hamburgers are just as easy as any other kind, as long as the grill is clean when you start.

One of the best things about hamburgers is that each person can choose what they want or don’t want on their own.

Pan-Grilled Pork Chops for a Quick Gluten-Free Meal

Pan-Grilled Pork Chops, lightly seasoned and golden-browned, always entice me with their aroma, and since they’re boneless, they cook fast to make a gluten-free dinner that everyone enjoys.

The pan juices are flavorful and work well to spoon over the chops when served. If you like, you can thicken the juices to make a delicious gluten-free pork chop gravy.

Menu Plan for March 5, 2012

My gluten-free menu plan for the week is here, even if it is a little bit late. (I like to start the week on Sunday….) I’m putting my week into order with a menu to simplify my daily routine, help with my shopping and manage my family’s apparent tendency towards our less-healthy old favorites four nights out of seven. Now when we have a comfort food, it will be in the plan!

Apple Galette, Gluten-Free and Easier than Pie!

Apples and spice go together so well! Just about all they need is a little something to wrap around them while they bake…like some pastry crust. I’ve made a lot of gluten-free apple pies, but none of them were any better than this galette.
