Redskins ‘Skins with Olive Oil and Garlic Salt – Gluten-Free Snacking

Snacks are always popular around my house, sometimes more so than meals! Gluten-free snacks that my husband likes can be especially hard to find, so when we have one that we both like, like these redskins, I take note. Don’t tell him :-) but these are also much healthier than many of his favorite snacks. I recently served them with some carrot and celery sticks on the side – he was well on his way to a whole day’s worth of veggies before he even got to dinner!

Lasagna with Spinach, Gluten-Free

Most people wouldn’t believe that something Italian like Lasagna could be a part of a gluten-free diet. But, it can… it fits right into my living gluten-free plan!



And, to make it even better, Lasagna is one of my favorite gluten-free meals.

Gluten-Free Beef Steak Braised with Mustard Gravy

Braised Beef Steak with gravy –this recipe is an old favorite in my family, so I was happy it converted easily to gluten-free.

I often make it with bottom round steak, but sometimes a chuck steak is a better bargain at the store. They both work well when cooked this way. Also it can be described as whole foods and can suit a paleo diet.

Spinach, Cheddar and Monterey Jack Quiche – Gluten-Free and Low Carb

The aroma filling the kitchen draws him every time, ready to eat before he even sees how good this quiche looks with its dark green spinach, golden cheeses and tomato topper. My hubby likes this often for breakfast or lunch. The recipe is gluten-free and low carbohydrate naturally, without using special ingredients.
