Top 12 Gluten-Free Main Dishes of 2013 on Elegantly, Gluten-Free

This week I’m sharing the top 12 main dishes from 2013 on Elegantly, Gluten-Free.  These are the most popular with visitors, so I’m featuring them here in the first full week of 2014 instead of a gluten-free diet menu plan.

Some of these are a complete meal by themselves.  Some are only the main dish.  For those, when I choose side dishes, I usually try to include some healthier options, like low carb veggies or a salad to replace my serving of pasta or starchy dishes.

Please let me know what you like best in this list by sharing, liking and tweeting about it.

Thanks for stopping by.  Have a new year full of love and hugs, and…

…Enjoy!

These gluten-free recipes are designed for those with gluten intolerance, gluten sensitivity, or celiac (coeliac) disease, but I’ve found that people who have no food allergies like them, too.   These are wheat-free recipes, as well as barley-free and rye-free, so they are suitable for a wheat-free diet.  Many are whole foods and may also be suitable for the paleo diet and may be casein-free, dairy-free, egg-free, lactose-free, low carb, nut-free or refined sugar-free.

Be sure you check the ingredients lists carefully every time you buy a product, even if you’ve bought it before. The manufacturers may change the ingredients without any warning or indication on the front of the label that gluten is now included.
