This week I’m sharing the top 12 main dishes from 2013 on Elegantly, Gluten-Free. These are the most popular with visitors, so I’m featuring them here in the first full week of 2014 instead of a gluten-free diet menu plan.
Some of these are a complete meal by themselves. Some are only the main dish. For those, when I choose side dishes, I usually try to include some healthier options, like low carb veggies or a salad to replace my serving of pasta or starchy dishes.
